Our Services
Our services, including home clean up support, private or group transportation to and or from cases for home health aides, and home mobility assistance donations for patients. Our donations are thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, always honoring their individuality, preferences, and goals. Through Senior Care Matters, our educational TV show, we amplify vital conversations around access to home healthcare, caregiver support, and the advancement of the home care industry as a whole.
We serve as trusted advocates for both clients and caregivers, working to remove barriers, elevate standards of care, and guide families and professionals toward the resources, stability, and support they deserve, helping everyone involved achieve their fullest potential and the best life possible.
At All Things Home Care, we provide practical, compassionate support that helps individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Our Home Clean Up Support services create healthier, more accessible living environments, while our Home Mobility Assistance focuses on improving movement within the home to reduce fall risks and support daily activities. Patient Success Story
Most proud of a patient of mine I was referred to back in May. They could not go home without a chair lift installation for her 14 steps in her apartment. The patient is not able to ambulate up her steps therefore was told she can not go home unless she moved apartments. Unfortunately this patient's only source of income is her social security and moving apartments was not an option - as low cost housing on Long Island is already difficult to find. I proposed at a board meeting using our non profit to donate a chair lift to her - they agreed and we did it. I single handedly monitored the installation for her as she has no family involved and is stuck at a rehab center. As of December The HOME Agency proudly will be taking her home not only with a chair lift (for free) but also 12 hours a day of home care I was able to get approved for her fully covered under Community Medicaid. - Jillian
